To remove fake or rogue programs like these, you should download MalwareBytes Anti-malware (MBAM).
Its free (but if buy it it has realtime protection. its easy to use and very effective. It can be downloaded here:

There is also another tool called "Remove Fake Antivirus" that is free and can be downloaded here:
http://freeofvirus.blogspot.com/2009/05/remove-fake-antivirus-10.html
And you should after that you have uninstalled/removed the fake antivirus, clean your pc with Ccleaner thats also is free and can be downloaded here:
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
After that restart your PC, then you should be rid of the badware.
